Welcome to kaizenkai.co.uk, the official website for the Kaizen Kai Martial Arts School. Kaizen Kai (改善会) means 'school of constant and never ending improvement'. Its not just a name... whenever we train we must always aim to improve. There is no limit to how skilled you can become.
We are a small community club based in New Eltham, South East London (SE9). We have a strong emphasis on discipline and tradition. We also carry a high sense of etiquette and encourage good manners and humility. There are no egos or bad manners in our classes, everybody is friendly and welcoming.
